Shipping policy

 

 

Free shipping over 1200 kr 

If you shop for more than NOK 1200, there will be free shipping on your order. Then we decide which shipping method is best for your order. If your order cannot be placed in the mailbox, it will be sent to the nearest post office or in-store mail. You will then receive a pick-up note by mail or notification via SMS.

Delivery time
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse after 2-10 business days.
You will receive an email with the tracking number after the package has been sent from us.

All orders are shipped as tracking packages, regardless of weight and volume.
The packages are sent to the pick-up point of your choice.
Available pickup points come up when you enter your zip code in the checkout. 

Delivery
You will receive an SMS message when the package is ready for pickup.
You have 14 days to pick up the package.

Price
Shipping costs NOK. 99, - regardless of weight and volume on the package.
Order over kr. 1200, - you get free shipping.
Shipping to Svalbard costs NOK. 600, - regardless of total order amount.

Shipping
All deliveries are made by Posten.no. If PostNord does not live in your area, your parcel will be sent with Posten. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided at the time of booking is correct. The processing time is usually 1-5 business days. All orders, unless otherwise agreed, are shipped as a tracking package (MyPack) and picked up at your local post office or in-store mail. When your order has been sent you will receive an email with a cancellation form and tracking number. This allows you to track the package at https://www.posten.no/

All orders are shipped within 1 week. If you have not received a parcel, tracking number or SMS message within 1 week of ordering, please contact us at support@bullkingclub.no You may have entered the wrong email or mobile phone number in your order! 
We also ask you to contact us by e-mail should you have any problems in order to have your package picked up! 

Injuries and deficiencies
If the item is damaged upon delivery, this must be reported to the BullKing Club as soon as possible via e-mail. It is important that you notify us in full of any damage that has occurred. If you see that the packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, you must report this directly to the person from whom you are sending the package. Everything on the package leaflet is attached to the package. If something is missing, you must tell us as soon as possible, no later than 2 days after delivery. If deficiencies are not communicated within the set deadline, you will lose the right to rectification or delivery.

Delivery has taken place when the buyer, or his representative, has taken over the product.

Do you want to return an item?

To perform a return, do the following:

  •  Go to  www.posten.no/retur

  •  Write the code  -  in the field.

  •  Then press "Download return label".

This file must be printed and pasted on the package you are sending to us. This is delivered to the nearest post-in-store or post office, but can also be placed in a red, public mailbox if you have space. Note that the return is delivered to Posten / Bring, NOT Post Nord / MyPack.

Note that this return method can only be used on "normal" goods with a total weight of less than 2 kilos.

If you received your item in a larger box and only return parts of your order, you can use a plastic bag or similar instead of the whole box.

NOTE: Remember to enclose your order form that you received in your package - this is so that the warehouse reception can identify your order. If you no longer have this, just write your order number on a note you attach. If you forget to attach this, the warehouse may have difficulty identifying which order the return should be registered on.

Conditions for approval of exchange / return

  • Shoes and clothes can be tried on, but not visibly worn.

  • They must also have their original labels and original packaging.

  • Underwear, sports bras and swimwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

  • Drinking bottles and shakers are not returned for hygienic reasons.

Terms may cancel purchases

  • 14 days right of withdrawal
  • The item (s) must be returned within 14 days
  • Buyer covers the direct costs of return
  • When returning goods, only a voucher / discount code will be offered for the corresponding amount (shipping will be added) 

Uncollected packages

Uncollected packages will be charged NOK 149, so you must pick up your item even if you want to return it.
